The hotel is located right in the heart of Manchester, making it very convenient for attending events at the nearby arena. The rooms were spacious and generally clean, which was a plus. However, I encountered issues with the Wi-Fi and the heating system, which detracted from my stay. While the check-in process was efficient, the service at the bar left much to be desired, impacting my overall impression.

I’ve stayed here a few times, but this visit was not quite what I expected. The hotel was clean, and I noticed the rooms are spacious enough to relax, which is a plus. However, the ongoing construction was quite noisy and disrupted my stay a bit. I had a delightful stay at this hotel, located conveniently near the MEN and the Arndale Centre. The spacious room offered a nice view of the AO arena and was very comfortable, making for a restful night.
